Newport Coffee Company

Location: Newport Beach, California

Located just off the Newport pier, Newport Coffee Company is a perfect place to pop in and get a coffee for a walk along the ocean. It's a small shop, so it's not necessarily a place to meet up with friends or study, but rather a quick coffee pit stop shop, if you catch my drift. I went on a chilly morning and grabbed a latte to enjoy as I watched the waves on the pier, and it was honestly perfect. I also picked up one of their T-shirts, and to this day, it is one of the comfiest shirts I own. They didn't have the friendliest staff, but given that I was just popping in and out, it didn't really affect my visit too much. The coffee wasn't crazy delicious, but it was the perfect addition to my beach trip.

Pros: Great location, good coffee

Cons: No room to work, small shop, can get crowded
